Privacy Transparency for App Store & users
Data We Collect
Goal of this page: Explain, in plain language, every major category of data Draft Hause may collect, why we need it, whether it is required, and whether it is linked to your account. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Draft Hause data for third-party advertising networks.

2. What we do NOT collect (for advertising)
- We do not collect data to sell to data brokers.
- We do not use IDFA / cross-app advertising tracking in the Draft Hause product as described in our App Privacy labels.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your room scans.
3. On-device vs server
- On device: RoomPlan capture and local floor-plan preview generation happen on the iPhone when you scan.
- On server: When you save/upload, scan files, floor plans, and project metadata are stored so your studio can review them in the portal and so you can retrieve them later.
- Optional location: Captured on device only if permitted, then stored with the scan record if uploaded.
4. Legal bases / business reasons (plain language)
- Contract / service delivery: We need account and project data to provide Draft Hause.
- Legitimate operations: Security logs and reliability diagnostics.
- Consent: Optional permissions such as location and photo library; you can refuse.
- Legal obligations: Limited retention when required by law.
5. Who can see what

6. Retention overview
We keep project and account data while your studio relationship and accounts remain active, and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, or legal needs. You can request deletion—see Data Deletion.
7. App Store privacy labels mapping (high level)
- Contact Info: Name, email
- User Content: Scans, floor plans, photos you upload, messages/notes
- Location: Precise location if you allow it at scan time
- Identifiers: Account / user identifiers for sign-in
- Diagnostics: Limited technical logs as needed for reliability
