Please read carefully. Draft Hause helps design teams capture spaces and produce working floor-plan visuals. Outputs are decision-support tools for interior design workflows—not a substitute for licensed surveying, architecture stamps, engineering calculations, or legal property descriptions.
1. Nature of the product
Draft Hause uses Apple RoomPlan / LiDAR capture and our processing to generate 2D floor plans, labels, and approximate measurements. Results depend on device sensors, scanning technique, lighting, occlusions, software versions, and room complexity.
2. No survey-grade or permit guarantee
- Dimensions and square footage are estimates derived from scan data.
- Object detection and labels may be incomplete, misclassified, or missing.
- Walls, openings, and shapes may differ from as-built conditions.
- Do not rely on Draft Hause outputs alone for construction drawings, structural work, fire/life-safety compliance, ADA certification, legal boundaries, or municipal permit submissions unless independently verified by a qualified professional.
3. User responsibility
- Scan carefully and review outputs before sharing with clients or contractors.
- Obtain permission to scan premises and to process related data.
- Verify critical measurements on site when accuracy matters.
- Studios are responsible for how they use and present deliverables to their clients.
4. Location information
Optional GPS coordinates reflect device location at capture time and may be imprecise (especially indoors). Location data is not a legal site survey.
5. Availability
Services may be interrupted for maintenance, network issues, or factors outside our control. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Third-party content & Apple frameworks
Apple frameworks and any third-party links stored by your studio are subject to their own terms. Draft Hause is not responsible for third-party content or platform changes that affect capture quality.
7. No professional advice
Nothing in the App or portal constitutes architectural, engineering, legal, or real-estate advice.
8. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft Hause and The Styled Hause, Inc. disclaim liability for decisions made solely on the basis of scan or floor-plan outputs. Additional terms appear in our Terms of Service.
