1. How to request deletion

1. Email info@drafthause.com from the same email address registered on your Draft Hause account.
2. Use subject line: Draft Hause Account Deletion Request.
3. Include:
   • Full name on the account
   • Account email
   • Role (designer / client / admin) if known
   • Whether you want (A) full account deletion, (B) deletion of specific projects/scans only, or (C) export before deletion
4. We may ask verification questions to confirm you control the account.

2. What we delete

Upon a verified full-account deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal data we control that is tied to your account, including where applicable:

• Account profile fields (name, email, role, profile photo)
• Authentication credentials / sessions
• Personal settings
• Designer scan uploads and floor plans associated solely with your user account, when not required for another active studio obligation

3. What may remain (and why)

• Studio-owned project records: If you work under a design firm, project files may be controlled by that studio. Deleting your login may not erase every project file the studio still needs. We may anonymize your identity on remaining records where feasible.
• Legal / security retention: Limited records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial/audit obligations.
• Backups: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited rolling period until those backups expire.
• Shared content: Comments or uploads visible to other authorized users may be retained as part of the project history, with personal identifiers removed when possible.

• We acknowledge requests after verification.
• We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
• If more time is required (complex studio data), we will say so.

6. Export before deletion

If you need copies of floor plans or project files first, say so in your email. We will help provide an export of available materials where feasible before deletion proceeds.

7. Permission revocation without full deletion

• Revoke Location, Camera, or Photos anytime in iOS Settings → Draft Hause.
• Revoking location stops new GPS capture; it does not automatically erase previously saved coordinates unless you request deletion of those records.
